Due to the fact that ancient Egypt had religion that worshipped the Sun directly, and was among the first monotheistic religions: Atenism.

The antique brass handle and the walnut wood creates beautiful contrast that makes these products a master piece.

The Low Mashrabeya Chair

And The Mashrabeya Sofa

The low mashrabeya chair was created from the inspirational picture shown. The idea was to create a modern outdoor/indoor chair that replicates the one in the highlighted in white square in the old picture, while adding another strong visual element that indicates old Cairo and Egypt.

The Mashrabeya low chair was added with a mashrabeya printed pattern cushion that was customised for the chair. Giving it a unique, funky character, along with a magazine/plant holder in the back.

Later on, a Mashrabya sofa was added to the collection. It was originally designed for outdoor areas, thus the metal connections were placed as legs. But the sofa can work both indoor and outdoor based on the interior space

The Mashrabeya sofa has two embedded extensions of marble slaps on both sides of the sofa, which functions as small side table, while giving the sofa an unique edge to it.

The Corner Chair

The corner chair is designed to work in different dimensions as an individual chair or with multiple ones.

The chair has a full canne back, with a unique leg that is in the corner with a brass tip. The 80x80cm chair can be flipped, rotated and connected in various ways.

The Module Cabinet â€‹

The piece oval outline merged with  five legs had created a modern sensation to this product, while the usage of canne gave it its cultural reference, as most products uses canne in El Sahel area due to its durability against humidity. Two small chains are added to the middle door that shows when the door is opened. Making this piece a unique, fun piece to have.

The Gashed Table

The geometrical pattern in the table was created from mother of pearl with black ebony and orange acrylic inlays.

The legs were simple to compliment the top, yet with a small unconditional twist in the outline of them.
