U-BORA TOWER OFFICE

The office is designed by me individually as a freelancer. The space layout is basically two offices that were rented and opened together creating the proposed layout. The office biggest design challenge is the existing huge structural columns in the space. The issue was fixed through including the columns with-in the design it self and as room separators. In addition, different finishes were applied on the coloumns for various functionalities.

The firm has two managing partners and it specialises in  business consultancy that works in the field of creativity. It is formed of a small team of 3 executive managers and a receptionist.

The design requirements were the following:

• A lobby for receiving the clients
• An open work space for the team

• 2 managing directors offices

• 3 executives managers offices
• A meeting room
• Small pantry

The proposed theme was a merge between contemporary with a touch of bohemian theme. The receptionist was customised using marble and electrostatic gold finish metal, along with long wooden strips to give some privacy for the open plan working space.

Due to the fact that the branding team is working together constantly, workstations were designed for the employees to set and work together or individually . Some zones were customised to create small meeting areas that were fun and organic, with customised swings and unique shaped chairs, supporting the creative vibes the employees might need.

The Furniture Plan is broken down and images are attached to show each piece selected for the space. Most of the furniture is selected from various stores in Dubai, while love couches and small seatings were customised to give a sense of uniqueness to the space.
